don't see your lake listed?
Not to worry, we may still be able to help. Simply give us a quick call, let us know where you’re located, and we’ll figure out what’s possible to help you out!
Start With The Property. Then Choose The Right Service.
The shoreline, water depth, lake bottom, access, equipment, timing, and how the property is used all affect the right recommendation.
BigWave helps homeowners across the listed lakes sort through those details and move toward the service that fits, not a generic package built around a lake name.

Why Lakefront Owners Across The South Metro Choose BigWave
Every lake property is different. Shoreline shape, water depth, and more other factors affect what will work best.
We look at those details first, then help you choose the right service instead of building you a generic solution.
The wrong approach can create expensive problems fast:
- Guessing at fit before checking the shoreline and water depth
- Treating every lake bottom and access point the same
- Moving equipment from the wrong lifting or support points
- Forcing pieces instead of installing them properly.
- Eyeballing details that should be measured.
- Leaving tarps loose, wiring messy, or canopies poorly fitted.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Service Areas
Coverage can depend on the exact property, requested service, equipment, access, travel, timing, and whether the project fits BigWave’s approved work.
If you don’t see your question answered, checkout our general FAQ, or call one of our licensed experts.
Does BigWave service every property on these lakes?
Most of them, but not automatically. Access, equipment, and the size of the job all play a part. The fastest way to find out is to send your address and what you need done. We’ll give you a straight answer either way.
How far does BigWave travel from Prior Lake?
It depends on the project. We’re based in Prior Lake and work lakes across the South Metro and Southern Minnesota. If a bigger job makes the drive worth it, we go further. Ask us about your lake and we’ll tell you.
Can BigWave work on a dock or lift another company installed?
In most cases, yes. We repair and level docks and lifts no matter whose name is on the frame. We’ll look at what you have first, then tell you what it needs.
What if my shoreline is steep, soft, shallow, or difficult to access?
That’s normal around here, and it’s exactly why we look before we recommend anything. Soft bottoms, shallow water, and tight access change what setup makes sense. There’s usually a way to make it work. We just want to pick the right one.
Can I schedule several lake services at the same property?
Yes, and it usually makes life easier. Dock, lift, seasonal setup and removal, storage, cleaning, canopies. One crew that knows your property beats juggling five companies that don’t.
Do you need to inspect my property before giving me a price?
For most projects, yes. Every shoreline is different, and a price that’s guessed over the phone is a price that changes later. We come out, look at the site, and give you options and real numbers before you decide anything.
