New customer. Blake responded promptly to my voice mail message and listened to my unusual winch problem. He and his team drove, by car, to our home, fixed the winch, plus replaced a broken lift cable and did a tune-up on the lift in less than 24 hours after my late afternoon initial voice mail. Excellent customer service with courtesy. I recommend giving BigWave a try.

Started with a few conversations about lift options, visited the shop to further assess, followed by on-time delivery and installed flawlessly. The lift and motor work great for our pontoon and was very much enjoyed over the Holiday especially having the canopy for additional shade and protection.

I had the pleasure of working with Blake at BIG WAVE to purchase a new dock and lift. He did a great job explaining the construction of different dock and lift options, provided a detailed drawing of my selection, and gave me a clear quote. Everything was completed in a timely manner, installed perfectly, and he even went the extra mile to square off a large existing rock slab in my yard that serves as the first step to the dock. We recently purchased a new Beach King dock from Bigwave Lake Service. Working with Blake has been wonderful! Communication was excellent throughout the process and during install you can tell Blake and crew take pride in their work. We love our new dock!!!
